has anyone experience with the TIVOLI AMS Module for SAP R/3 ?
It is an add on to CCMS and should be useful for the event handling.
my questions are:
- how is it implemented in the R/3 system (ABAPs, RFC ....) ?
- is it possible to start automated and unattendet actions inside the R/3
system as an reaction to an event ?
- is an implemented AMS Module independent from new R/3 releases ?
