How do you retain monthly reports?

our accounting department wants to keep monthly reports on-line in
the system. archiving is out of the questions to eliminate archive
and import operation delays. Does anybody know if there is a german
or english utility on the market that runs under DEC/OSF1 and oracle ?
dazel from Dazel Inc does not support DEC/OSF1 and does not foresee
to go to that plattform.
In the meantime we are clogging our spooler with "do not delete"
reports. Any thoughts anybody ???
