SAP R3 - translating some process to SAP functionality

I am responsible for managing the migration of some processes to SAP and
am seeking help from anyone with some experience in some particular ares.
As back ground - I belong to an Australia Chemical Mnaufacturing company
that has installed SAP R3 in August last year, and were the first in this
country to install the R3 - Sales and distribution modules.
As we have now bedded our primary processes into SAP we are now in
continuous improvement mode and are trying to fit a "Customer complaints
process" and "Importing via bulk vessels" process into SAP.
If anyone has have experience with applying these processes to SAP R3, I
would be very pleased to hear from them.
