In February this year, the Institute of Information Systems of Bern
University conducted a survey on the users' experiences with the
SAP-related newsgroup de.alt.comp.sap-r3 and mailing list SAP-R3-L.
The users of the respective discussion groups were asked to answer a
questionnaire which was posted in this newsgroup and on the listserver at
MITVMA.
