POSITION/TITLE : Lotus Notes Application Developer
LOCATION : Western NY
SALARY : 35K - 60K
DURATION : full time position
REQUIREMENTS: DEC Alpha (some experience) VAX VMS, NT, RDBMS
(familiarity with)
START DATE immediate
PROJECT DESCRIPTION : They have an HR initiative to write a bidding
and transfer application in Notes (it is for their union employees to
bid on open positions in other plants) - needs someone who can support
this appliocation. This will interface with PeopleSoft HR and
eventually PS payroll (PeopleSoft experience is not necessary)
COMMENTS Employee is responsible for ongoing support and
maintenance of all applications. Initially they will be involved in
project development efforts that are underway, so that they can learn
with the expectation that they will support it (maintaining
interfaces, making enhancements, managing change management to
applications as well as infrastructure, second level support to the
help line to the end user problems). Get to know the entire client
server environment so that they can trouble shoot problems more
efficiently.
