All of the big six are desparately looking for SAP experience. Just call
any of their offices and try to get through to their HR people. Just mention
SAP R3 and they will be all over you.
Just remember the big 6 want you to look good more than what you know about
R3. Just be sure to wear you best suit, white shirt and tie when you go
to meet them :-).
