VOLT SERVICES GROUP, a preffered supplier of contract personnel to the
leading computer manaufacturors of the world currently have 5 positions
available for SAP Basis and ABAP/4 professionals.These positions are
located in the San Francisco Bay area and are immediate starts. These
positions are long term, excellent compensation, helath and medical
coverage, vacation and holiday bonuses as well as direct deposit.
Description and position requirements for all positions are:
Participate in SAP R/3 integration projects for businesses worldwide.
Provide technical based IT services through and in-depth understanding
of SAP R/3 technical environment and architecture (BASIS system
environment). Make contributions in the following areas: Security and
Authorization, Technical systems administration/configuration,
environment setup, Data base maintenance/administration. Provide R/3
BASIS system consulting as required by project team, partners and
customers.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT plus 3 years relevant
experience working in a technical based (equivalent combinations will
be considered), over one year of experience working with SAP R/3
application at a technical level. Would expect a thorough understanding
of BASIS systems and of the development environment and associated
tools, knowledge of HP platform-based client/server computing
environments. Also excellent written and verbal skills, willingness to
travel and the ability to work in a distributed team environment.
Additional experience in ABAP/4 and/or UPI programming, Manufacturing
and/or Order management business process areas (preferably with a large
multinational firm) a plus.
