For calling RFCs through OLE you can use the "SAP Automation Assistant" -
it is on the same CD as the RFC-SDK. You can call an RFC in a few lines
of code.
result = fns.RFC_CUSTOMER_GET(Exception, NAME1:=the_name, KUNNR:="*",
