May be the "problem is as follows":
There is a Online-System-Documantation-CD which describes all functions in
detail. It is in WinHelp format and accessible from inside SAP-applications.
This CD is shipped with every system. I assume it is not freely avaiable.

There are other CD's fro marketing purposes which contain Presentations.
The Presentations are made with MS Powerpoitn or Lotus-Screencam and are
shipped with appropriate viewers. I left my card at the CeBit and got them.
