If you set the startup directory for the program to ".", and use the
command line "/SPLUSWIN/CMD/SPLUS.EXE HOME=.", then you'll start up using
the current directory as the home directory. This requires a separate
utility to set the current directory since Windows is brain dead in that
respect (double clicking on a directory in the file manager changes to
that directory, but doesn't tell you that it did).
