Dear S-plus users,
I wanted to calculate the correlation matrix for a 92 x 1853 data matrix
and got the following message:
'Error: Big file (E:\SPLUS2000\splus\_Functio/__BIG) has bad header'
Is there any thing that I can do with this? I need to analyze some large
gene expression data.
I am using Splus2000 under Window NT. Thanks a lot!
