This is not a new question (I asked it last year already), but ...
Does someone has implemented a function to estimate the density of a sample
for a multivariate log-normal distribution? (similar to dmvnorm, but for
log-normal)
To the people at Mathsoft, I am sure you certainly have that somewhere...
