I forgot to mention that I'm using S+ 4.5 Professional on Windows NT 4.0.
Thanks.

Fellow users of S+,

Does anyone used S+ code to create a conditional logit model, specifically
for discrete choice applications? I'm presently using another software
package that requires a large amount of data manipulation in order to fit
this model, and I'd like to know if S+ is easier for such an application.
I've checked the S-news archive and found many references to this type of
model, but no sample code or statements about the ease of such an analysis
in S+. I'm most interested in how the dataset needs to be structured in
order to use coxph() for this application.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
