In nlme 3 library, there is a function VarCorr which after being applied to
a fitted nmle object returns a matrix with the estimated standard deviations
and correlations for random effects. My question is: how can I extract other
components printed by summary.lme function, particularly, parameters of
within-group correlations and variances.
Thanks in advance for your time.
