Yes, it was published early this month (but we have not seen it yet).

In particular, the latest versions of our libraries are there, and
only these versions will be supported by us from now on. There is
99.9% backward compatibility (the old version of rlm is orlm) and lots
of new things. Those of you with S-PLUS 2000 already have them, and there
is (a very minor) update available on those sites.
