Dear S-PLUS user
I am using a ms() function of S-Plus to minimize a function. The
iteration seem to converge as you can see below but I also obtained a
warning message.
My questions are:
What is the meaning of this warning message?
Does it mean that I don't have converge? what can be the reasons?
Part of the Trace:
Iteration: 36 , 75 function calls, F= 2.304488
Parameters:
[1] -0.6964811 -0.1061021 0.2483386
Iteration: 37 , 77 function calls, F= 2.304488
Parameters:
