It comes with the full RedHat 6.0 package as an RPM on the applications
CD-ROM. I expect you can also get a demo copy from your S-PLUS distributor
(and since you don't have the courtesy to give a signature, nor an
affiliation nor a country in your email address, I can't help narrow that
down).

Essentially none. (The main one I know of is that the Linux version has
no support for using ratfor code, as ratfor is not provided in Linux:
you can find a copy if you try hard enough.)
