Hello,
I posted a message some time ago about centering of strip labels in trellis
graphics. I was not precise, because I did not describe that I mean
centering
with respect to the _vertical_ axis, and not to the horizontal axis (the
latter is
easy using strip.default(...,style=1), e.g.).
In S-PLUS 4.5r2, the labels are towards the bottom of the strips. If you
increase
them using par.strip.text(), then part of it is sometimes outside the strip
rectangle.
Is there some graphic parameter that permits to center the labels with
respect
to the vertical axis ? BTW, I never had this problem in S-PLUS 3.4 for
HP-UX.
