Hi all,

I am trying to look for a relation bewteen one of the varibles in our
chemical process and some non-independant upstream variables. As I
understand it, the principal components express the "cloud" of data using
orthogonal vectors, with the objective of expressing most of the variance
in as few a vectors as possible.

I am not a statistician by trade, so I was wondering how I should compare
the process variables as they are expressed in the principal components ?

I would be very grateful for any advice.
