I think it looks good.
One question--who is going to be able to create a project? I've lost
track of that. If I understand correctly, it is now open to anyone at
MIT?
I.e., the flow for identifying which process something is in makes
sense. (although I do think we might have projects which are in a
process and still informal)
However, I'm not sure I know who "Everybody who could potentially lead
a project will be empowered to create projects..." is.
