Here is the suggestion I have put into the suggestions file for you:
mbarker: Task owner should be able to modify the task.
I don't know what violence this change would do to the schema nor to the
house of cards, we call the current access control system. :-)
It seems to me that one aspect of implementation is pretty simple:
In the pl/sql that allows task modification, it should allow the owner
to make changes.
At the moment I'm unclear on what the access control implementation is
that might get in the way of having a task owner SEE the modify project
screen.
At any rate, I think I understand what you are asking for.
