Abstract
In order to reflect customer!/s needs in products and service,companics should build !0a bridge!1 to identify the process from the customer!/s needs to the satisfaction of customer,this !0bridge!1 is called QFD.Therefore,we should CSI!$QFD&ISO9000 Standards in one system.And now a new quality assurance system,which takes CSI as its objectives,QFD as its !0bridge!1 and ISO9000 as its base will be more adaptable for reformation.
