1. the link to http://web.mit.edu/pm/helppdb/index.html/ doesn't need that last

it makes it come up funny, I think. you could drop index.html/ if you want
-- just use http://web.mit.edu/pm/helppdb/
2. search pages should also have the help button
3. project information page should have target date (hum -- I updated one
project to have a target date and it shows it as a Start Date on the project
info page. Notifier in the informal projects) or look at Psalms -- it
shows two start dates.
Fix those up and I think we can go ahead and schedule arachne down for
updates...
