I'm not able to decipher the error message, but if we try to do it together,
I can probably figure out what's wrong.
:)BTW, I was also sent to the "Informal Project" screen and couldn't figure
:)out how to get to the "not-Informal" screen.
I think all projects start as Informal, only becoming formal when a process
is declared.
