Hi --
Tried to add a project this afternoon (my first attempt in history...I'm
trying to be a better citizen!!) and received the error message below. Can
you help?
BTW, I was also sent to the "Informal Project" screen and couldn't figure
out how to get to the "not-Informal" screen.
