Miki and I discussed the changes. There were a few points that we may want
to discuss on the list.
First, changing Implementor/Owner to Project Leader will probably require
data entry. I.e., there is no easy way to figure out who should be in here,
so we will probably have to ask that each project have this information
entered fresh during the transition. I see this as a relatively low cost
investment as we switch over.
Second, Miki would like to build up the changes in a kind of prototype
approach -- build them using a copy of the database and let some of us
"play" with them, make adjustments, and when we're reasonably confident that
they do what we want, then redo the visible database. I agreed that this
approach made sense.
I think those were the main ones.
