the third button over is "Add"
This takes you to a screen with name, practice, status and description.
when you complete that, it allows you to modify it. if you don't modify the
process, (I think) it ends up in the informal projects on the bottom of the
page.
(Incidentally, if you try to enter the same project twice, you will get this
error message:
Scheme Error
ORA-00001: unique constraint (PDB.PROJ_NAME_IDX) violated (insert into
pdb.project_data_informal VALUES(1784, 'test1',
SYSDATE, LOWER(USER), 'academic', 'NONE', 'Potential', 'low', 'informal',
NULL, NULL, NULL, SYSDATE, NULL, NULL, NULL,
SYSDATE, LOWER(USER), NULL, NULL, NULL))
which may not be too informative for the user...)
