I get the same problem all right, which _may_ be because I'm not one
of the project leaders (and the page says, at the top, that I'm not
authorized to modify the project.
Does it tell you that you're authorized to modify the project? I'd
guess not, because you have to be listed as a project leader. The only
one who is now is bshannon, so perhaps you can get him to add you.
("Project leaders" is really a misnomer, anyway, since it has to include
anyone who updates the pdb).
There should be a better error message, but let's see if adding you
as a project leader fixes it. I'm still working on getting access to
arachne.
