What URL were you trying? For
https://arachne.mit.edu/fcgi-bin/brlfcgi/brlpdb/index.html
I got a page that said "service unavailable" with instructions
to reload the page in my browser; reloading it in Netscape (meta-R)
brought it up just fine.
Looks like someone (Miki?) installed a new server certificate since
the certificate is valid from 23-Feb-98 to 22-Aug-98.
