The is-home team would like to release a new version of the IS web pages at
the end of this week. The draft in progress pages are currently at:
http://web/is/dev/ .
Here are a couple of questions related to our efforts to roll the pages out:
1) If you look at the IS web pages, you'll find that the top page and the
"About IS" page contain a mockup revised version of your front page,
http://web.mit.edu/project-db/ . The mockup page,
http://web/is/dev/prdb-fr-page.html , contains the same links that your
current front page does.
For the short run, would it be acceptable to you if we link to this latter
page instead of to your front page? We would be willing to maintain it.
2) On the all projects view only page,
https://arachne.mit.edu:8888/fcgi-bin/brlfcgi/brlpdb/index.html , would it
be possible to make the sort alphabetical by project? It is currently
sorted by process, then by project.
For future consideration, see also the mockup of the view only Integration
projects list,
http://web/is/dev/int-projs-test.html . It does not include a link to the
Quarterly Report, which
may be hard for non-ISers to read.
