In the process of trying to assist Nancy Dykstra (previous note to
the project-db@mit.edu) I have found I can't get connected to the
project database either. The index appears, but the connection
does not get completed...no system message; just the hourglass icon.

P.S. Tim...Your suggestion to Nancy is the best course of action.
