My tickets are fine (just created this morning) my personal
certificates are fine (valid through October 1998). I sounds like
something may need to be changed in data to give me update
permissions.

Description of Problem First Reported 12/10/1997.
The project entry was initially created by Susan. I updated it in
October (I had to get new certificates then). I can view the project
information fine but can not modify it. As described before, I see a
message that says "You are NOT allowed to modify this project." when I
go to the following URL :

Although I am able to edit the WEB form I get an Oracle Error
("ORA-01031: insufficient privileges") via the scheme interpreter when
I submit that changes.

Scheme Error
The object (error "ORA-01031: insufficient privileges\n (update
pdb.my_project_data\n set headline='sdfds'\n where project_id =
463)\n"), passed as the first argument to integer-zero?, is not the
correct type.
