What's the unsecure connection for BRL access?

I was updating the pdb-howto page.

I was getting rid of the OPS-5 pointer, and then I noticed that the page
had not been updated since we enabled non-certificate-requiring access
through port 8888,

But there doesn't seem to be a non-secure access point.
Am I spazzing and not remembering it?

I logged in as systest and tried:
	https://arachne.mit.edu/fcgi-bin/brlfcgi/brlpdb/index.html
which is the URL bruce said I should tell the cartel persons.

I get an error from netscape saying Arachne has requested a certificate
and I don't have any.
When I click OK it just sits and sits and sits.
