Everyone,
Through my work on the competency planning effort, I've been in touch
with some counterparts in Ann Arbor. As one intersection of developing
staff & skills and the work of the organization, I thought you might
find this information about UM's Project Tracking System helpful. I
don't have real-life feedback on its current use, value, measures, etc.
