Clarification: I do not mean one web page divided into top and bottom.
I mean two SEPARATE web pages. One living in web.mit.edu/project-db as
a project notebook for other programmers and projects to refer to. The
other being part of the IS web pages giving tutorial documentation on
project management, and using the project db particularly.
In my mind, it is an important differance between the end-user
documentation, and the internal design history. Two separate web pages
kept in very different places, as Tim suggested, is the right way to go.
