This is another example of the WONDERFUL (sic) Netscape error handling. 
This is how Netscape tells you that the site certificate for the remote
host you're trying to use has expired and needs to be deleted and
replaced.

Go into

	Options->Security Preferences -> Site Certificates

In the scrolling list of certificates look for

	arachne.mit.edu

Select that certificate.
Press button
	Delete Certificate 

And that will fix the problem.
