My WWW browser (Netscape Navigator 3.01) let me continue using the
project-db on arachne after warning that its certificate expired. Was
anyone actually locked out of the db?
Anyway, I've installed a new certificate that Jeff sent me.

Not Before: Aug 15 07:22:25 1997 GMT
Not After : Feb 11 07:22:25 1998 GMT
By Feb 11, 1998 we should have a document that explains such procedures.
