I just attempted to add the project "SAP WEB Interface Release 2" to the
project database. I tried to do this both from both of the follwing urls:
https://arachne.mit.edu/pdb/db.cgi/pdb.pdb_user.frontpage
https://arachne.mit.edu/pdb/db.cgi/pdb.pdb_user.show_project?Process=delivery
The response I got was the following:

I called Bill Cattey about this, and he added the project for me. He also
advised me to send email to this list so that you folks can get working on
a solution. Please note that once he set me up, I was able to make some
changes to the project.
