I realize that part of the "power of the notetaker" lies in selection
and so on, but I want to register a protest.
I don't believe I agree with your statement of what remains
incomplete. I know you listed these three areas on the whiteboard,
but I don't think we came to consensus that this is what remains. In
fact, we had some discussion about whether or not version 2 is a
single thing, multiple efforts, etc. which makes this a very
misleading summary.
-Setting the stage for version 2:
-Three areas remaining incomplete:
-1. Remaining confusion on the part of directors on using/applying the
-system.
-2. Providing utility for those actually leading projects.
-3. Closing the loop with the project requirements document.
