People, at a recent ITLT meeting (where by the way, people are using the
Project DB outputs directly) on priorities, someone made the observation
that "target date" could mean 1) date to leave the process, or 2) next
milestone, or 3) production date. I think we have examples of all three.
Please discuss potential solutions as part of next release.
