Hi Frank,
You don't mention what type of application you wish to run. Are you
devloping an application or are you looking for off the shelf software? You
also don't mention if your site is already running a Kerberos server.
Please note that the export of Kerberos from the US or Canada normally
requires an export license. Some vendors do have versions available for
international distribution. These versions usually are only able to be used
for authentication and not data encryption or they have had their encryption
support weakend to comply with the US ITAR regulations.
