There is no one README file that documents how to install leash.
It took me several tries to get it to work. So I decided to post to the
mailing list the steps I had to go through.

Can someone polish this into a README.INSTALL file or something?
Also, why is it that you have to cd to the FTP directories in one step?

Here are the steps that worked for me:

Get from athena-dist.mit.edu:/pub/kerberos/dist/940908.PC
	leash13.zip and
	krb.doswin.zip

Get from net-dist.mit.edu:/pub/dos/for-deveopers
	wshelper.zip
	ver-serv-client-code/vservsrc.zip

These yielded the files
	leash.exe
	krb4win.dll
	wshelper.dll
	vs.dll

	krb.con
	krbrealm.con

	services

krb.con and krbrealm.con need to edited and placed in \net\kerb on the drive from
which you run leash.exe

services entries needed to be added whereever your winsock implementation expects them

On my Windows NT 3.5 system, the Kerberos entries are already in the shipped file
(WINNT35\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\SERVICES)
