ecompile compiles et files. It generates .h and .c files. On UNIX com_err
users would normally use lex and yacc instead of ecompile.
You can obtain the sources to ecompile and all of our com_err library
source via anonymous ftp on
net-dist.mit.edu:/pub/dos/for-developers/com_err/cerr_src.zip
