If you are talking about the Windows environment you should just stick with 
the winsock support. If you are talking about DOS support we won't be 
putting in the resources to add support for PCTCP but are willing to 
incorporate patches.

The LWP to PCTCP changes should be minimal. Things like changing sowrite(), 
soread() to write() and read() along with checking the order in which 
header files get included. 

I'd like to see the ticket management be interoperable as I mentioned in an 
earlier message. So far I haven't gotten any feedback from FTP or others 
on this list. :(
