Look, I generally agree with your post, but there are some minor corrections
specific to pot.

Where marijuana is concerned this is actually a plus.  Since the drug is
not physically addictive, nor is there any likely "overdose" of THC
(the physchoactive element), the user uses less smoke to get the same high.
This is similar to the problem faced by "lights" cigarettes users.  To get
the same level of nicotine satisfaction, they actually end up smoking more.

I beginning to get the impression people will think I'm in to this or 
something.  Really, I haven't even tried the stuff.  (Can't handle smoke at 
all.) Clinton's done more than I have.  I just know a few old friends in 
CA and some new ones here that are into marijuana as a sort of normal 
everyday thing.
