So why aren't they putting forth a bill to punish officers who
break the 4th Amendment?  

The fact is, that without the exclusionary steps in place now, it's
open season.  It's trivial now to get a warrant.  All you need is
the word of an "undisclosed informant."

We should all be very afraid if this passes.
