I'm not yet sure what this does tell one, but it is certainly NOT related
to whether one's phone has been tapped.

This is just the same as dialing (404)988-9664 -- perhaps whoever runs
switch 732 could let us know what service that is.

I believe this to be bullshit.  I tried from several phones and never got 
a two from any of them, and several were work lines etc.
