	Does anyone know much about this one? The relevant part of the
text is below (gotten from the congressional web site.) It sounds like
some of the money is used for training US soldiers in rifle practice,
which sounds like a reasonable expenditure.

National Board for the Promotion of Rifle Practice, Army

   For the necessary expenses and personnel services (other than pay and
   non-travel-related allowances of members of the Armed Forces of the
   United States, except for members of the reserve components thereof called
   or ordered to active duty to provide support for the national matches) in
   accordance with law, for operation and maintenance of rifle ranges; the
   instruction of citizens in marksmanship; the promotion of rifle practice; the
   conduct of the national matches; the sale of ammunition under the authority
   of title 10, United States Code, sections 4308 and 4311; the travel of rifle
   teams, military personnel, and individuals attending regional, national, and
   international competitions; and the payment to competitors at national
   matches under section 4312 of title 10, United States Code, of subsistence and
   travel allowances under section 4313 of title 10, United States Code; not to
   exceed $2,483,000.
