Is the actual question 6 pages long? If so, then I propose a
new ballot question:" No future ballot question may be more than 1/2

I am still not sure what firearms have to do with Question 8.
I thought the whole point was that the state was taking gas tax money
intended for highway repairs and using it for the general fund. The
ballot question was intended to not let them do this.
