Our list does tend to spasm -- lots of nothing and then boom, tons of
mail at once. I could ask people about a libernet batch style digest,
but we've not needed it in the past, and our lists are not very
well automated. One option we do have is a log of all posts to the
list available from our WWW page (access via Mosaic). At that page
you can read the libertarians posts much like reading Usenet.
